So it had taken me awhile to figure out the right mixture to achieve a good, fluffy bread that doesn’t crumble to bits, and is still good after a day or two. This is a sweet raisin bread, but I’m not one that likes very sweet breads, so I went pretty conservative on the sugar.
In other news, I’ve got a facebook connecting commenting system up, so check that out, and see if it runs by commenting, eh? Thanks!

Sure, college food isn’t bad, but cooking was a major stress-relieving activity for me. It was the only art which my senses completely got to indulge in: the colors and visual act, sizzling and noises, mixed smells, the feel of manually breaking lettuce, flipping pans, and finally the taste of food.
I went to my first ‘college party’ yesterday. Tasted shitty beer, and now I can finally understand why I like Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. That shit is the bomb. There weren’t really any good tasting drinks so I didn’t drink much. I’ll stick to my Canada Dry.
Meanwhile, I’ve been playing SimCity in replacement of reading my econ book. It’s such a nerdy, great game, that I never really understood it when I was younger. But now that I’m starting to understand what all the options and city-managing tools are in the game, it’s pretty expansive. But Luke just discovered this game called Cities XL, which is by some other company, but is a multiplayer online game, and you build cities upon a giant globe. You can visit other people’s cities as an avatar, and explore their city. It sounds amazing; I have just downloaded the demo and about to play it
I’m hungry.

I kinda suck at making meringue but it worked out okay. Looks pretty at least!
I stuck it in the freezer and turned it into a kinda… ice cream stuff.
Here’s where I got the recipe: http://www.instructables.com/id/4-minute-Chocolate-Mousse/
(Pretty much where I get all my recipes)
